How AI Vision Grading Changed My Jab

The jab is the most thrown punch in boxing and the least examined. Most fighters throw thousands of them a week without a single piece of objective feedback. EnsayoHub changes that.
What the grade measures
When you submit a jab video, EnsayoHub extracts frames from it and analyses them with AI vision. The output is a letter grade, A through F, for that specific strike, plus written feedback on what to fix.
A grade is not a vibe. It reflects concrete, observable criteria: hand return path, guard discipline on the non-punching hand, hip and shoulder alignment, and extension.
Why a letter grade works
A letter grade is honest in a way "good rep / bad rep" never is. It compresses a complex judgement into something you can track across weeks. When your jab moves from a C+ to a B over a month of deliberate drilling, that is measurable progress, not a feeling.
Using grades to train
Treat each grade as a diagnosis, not a verdict. A B with a note about a slow hand return tells you exactly what to drill before your next attempt. That is the loop: throw, grade, fix, repeat.
