Service Providers can create schedules and offer services for in-home appointments or online sessions.
  3. Registration and Accounts (a) Service Providers: Service Providers must register an account and provide accurate and complete information. By registering, Service Providers agree to maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account. (b) Customers: Customers may browse the Services without registering, but must create an account to book appointments. By registering, Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information and to maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.
  4. Booking and Payments (a) Service Booking: Customers can book appointments with Service Providers through the Services. Once booked, Service Providers are obligated to fulfill these appointments, subject to cancellation policies specified by the Service Provider. (b) Payments: Payments for services booked through the Services are processed securely. EnsayoHub may collect a service fee or commission from Service Providers for facilitating bookings through the platform.

  7. Cancellation and Refunds (a) Service Providers: Service Providers may specify their cancellation policies for appointments. Customers agree to adhere to these policies. (b) Refunds: Refund policies are determined by the Service Provider. EnsayoHub may facilitate refunds in accordance with Service Provider policies.
  8. Intellectual Property EnsayoHub and its licensors retain all rights to the Services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content. Service Providers retain ownership of their content and materials provided through the Services.
  9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, EnsayoHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services.

(c) Customers agree to provide accurate and truthful information when booking appointments and acknowledge that any misuse or abuse of the platform may result in suspension or termination of their account.

Liability and Indemnification (a) EnsayoHub shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or harm resulting from interactions between Users on the platform, including but not limited to theft, robbery, or personal injury. (b) Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless EnsayoHub, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to their use of the Services, including but not limited to claims of fraud, theft, or misrepresentation.
  16. Dispute Resolution (a) In the event of a dispute between a Service Provider and a Customer, Users agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through communication and negotiation. (b) If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Users agree to submit to mediation or arbitration in accordance with EnsayoHub's dispute resolution procedures.
  17. Background Checks (a) EnsayoHub may conduct background checks on Service Providers to verify their credentials and qualifications. However, Users acknowledge that such checks may not be exhaustive and EnsayoHub does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information obtained through background checks. (b) Customers and Service Providers agree to notify EnsayoHub immediately if they become aware of any fraudulent or suspicious activity on the platform.

Suspension or Termination (a) EnsayoHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of Users found to be engaging in fraudulent or unlawful activities, including but not limited to theft, robbery, or misrepresentation of identity or qualifications. (b) Users agree that EnsayoHub's decision to suspend or terminate accounts is final and may not be appealed. These additional clauses aim to provide additional protections for both Service Providers and Customers while using your platform. (b) Users acknowledge and agree that EnsayoHub is a platform that facilitates connections between Service Providers and Customers, and does not provide services directly. As such, EnsayoHub shall not be responsible or liable for any damages, losses, or harm resulting from interactions between Users on the platform, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, or property damage. (c) Users agree to release and hold harmless EnsayoHub, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to their use of the Services, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, or loss of income. (d) In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, EnsayoHub's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
